Evolution by Wordview Published on 11/12/2008

Asteroids hurld towards earth to make craters.
And holes so deep that it creates climate changes.
The first cloudy vapours that turned into grey mist, it made North & South poles & middle equators.
By then pre-historic sands had shifted in stages.
Volcanic eruptions that then became glaciers.
As molten rock gave way to ice ages.
The catalyst were gasses like Co2, it had sulphuric tides when the seas were new.
Organisms then on cue ballooned & grew 'till they became dolphins who had fins for limbs.
Using high pitched squeeks the first speech begins.
While on dry land the dinosaur was reigning king, the first homosapien was a cave being.
A voyage outside for him was his greatest fear.
So he got a stick sharpened it & made a spear.
But then there was a great cataclismic event, so life had to adapt or life heads for the end.
But evolution kept at it, it would get it again, from the carbon based lifeforms that was prevalent then.

The forced rhyme really cruels the narrative. That and the pastiche of our evolutionary past.
